Customer Service Representative of Medical Devices:
Provides customer service, while assuring the front end paperwork is compliant & is submitted with zero errors. You serve our customers by communicating w/ patients, referral sources & co-workers to effectively perform all tasks related to patient care & 3rd party reimbursement.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Must be 18
• Employment is contingent upon a drug screening test and background investigation
• Experience working in healthcare, home health or medical field
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing practices and billing reimbursement
