Position Summary

The CAT Resource Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and recruiting qualified adjusters from the existing company roster. They will establish a rapport and sell the benefits of working for the designated client while maintaining goodwill with the identified CAT adjusters through regular communication. As a primary liaison with the CAT adjuster they provide support and issue resolution while seeking to remove issues and barriers to a successful deployment. Gathers feedback and completes post deployment evaluations to measure CAT adjuster satisfaction and loyalty and recommends solutions to improve the overall community satisfaction.

Responsibilities
    Communicates with adjusters daily through various methods.
  • Recruits and sell the adjusters on the benefits of working for dedicated client
  • Disseminates pertinent information to adjusters including hiring, training, benefits, compensation, software/hardware issues and deployment.
  • Handles CAT adjuster inquiries and resolves internal problems relating to payroll, benefits, assignments, training and certification.
  • May assist with seminars and training classes.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Requires a high school diploma.
  • 2-4 years years of recruiting or coordinating adjuster resources.
  • Previous adjusting and claims industry experience with general office or customer service experience.
  • Extensive overtime may be required during initial deployment when large catastrophe events occur.

  • Basic personal computer skills including word processing.
