As an integral part of a team that is bringing game changing technology that provides superior corrosion resistance for rebar and other products, we are looking for a Sales Manager who can build sales to existing customers while developing new relationships that will drive long term market growth.

Leveraging your strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills, you will interact with people across the organization to help develop business plans and strategies for building sales and work with customers to meet these goals.

What You'll Do
  • Complete management of a territory for GalvaBar and ChromX
  • Establishment of goals and objectives for volumes, profitability, and strategies to achieve
  • Deliver on goals, leveraging others in the organization to help support
  • Relationship building and strategic selling to existing and prospective customers including fabricators and precasters
  • Participate in industry organizations, trade shows and other events
  • Work closely with the customers and operational teams to continuously improve the customer experience including forecasting guidance and complaint resolution
  • Partner with Marketing and others in the organization to develop sales solutions, including pricing recommendations and service solutions
  • Develop deep market knowledge to help direct company strategy in existing products as well as new products
  • Maintain sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Drive results with team members through accountability and performance feedback
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 5 years in an Outside Sales role
  • Construction sales experience preferred
  • Preferred experience with the Rebar Fabrication processes
  • Working knowledge of common software programs (MS Office, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong communication Skills (verbal, written, listening) including ability to communicate effectively with all levels or organization
  • Goal-oriented approach to sustaining and improving business and customer service
  • Superior organizational and negotiating skills as well as sound financial skills
  • Respectful, confident, and positive demeanor in interpersonal dealings
  • Willingness to grow within CMC
  • Available for travel 50% of the time with some overnight stays
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
