We are currently hiring a Director of Total Rewards in Dallas, Texas.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Total Rewards to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success by ensuring that our compensation and benefits strategies not only meet legal requirements but also drive employee engagement and attract top talent. You will lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our total rewards programs, leveraging innovative practices from the market to foster a culture of excellence and growth. What you'll do:

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of total rewards programs that inspire and engage employees, incorporating cutting-edge practices from the market such as personalized benefits packages and innovative recognition initiatives.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction, utilizing best practices in automation and data analytics to streamline processes.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to total rewards and HR systems, ensuring alignment with our organizational values and culture while adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Leaders/HR Business Partners to ensure that our total rewards offerings resonate with our diverse workforce, leveraging insights from market trends and employee feedback to continuously improve our programs.
  • Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes impacting total rewards and proactively implement industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Implement policies and procedures that foster a culture of transparency, fairness, and trust, drawing inspiration from market leaders and industry innovators.
  • Lead the planning, negotiation, and implementation of the annual review to ensure that employee remuneration supports the attraction, recruitment, motivation, and retention of talent within the aligned budget.
  • Develop and deliver engaging communications and educational materials to ensure that employees are well-informed about our total rewards programs, utilizing storytelling and real-life examples to bring our offerings to life.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors and service providers, seeking out innovative solutions and forging relationships based on trust, collaboration, and shared values.
  • Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure that our total rewards programs remain competitive and aligned with the needs and expectations of our workforce.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by researching and implementing new technologies and best practices, championing innovation and creativity in everything we do.
  • Develop a corporate framework for employee incentives; identify and respond to the needs of internal stakeholders; specify which employee groups are eligible for incentives and the incentive design parameters; ensure compliance with external regulatory and legal requirements. Create compelling employee annual compensation and benefit statements that highlight the value of our total rewards offerings and reinforce our commitment to employee well-being and success.
  • Provide leaders with timely market data and insights to inform budget planning and compensation decisions, leveraging industry surveys and compensation studies to drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or Human Resources
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to total rewards and HR systems.
  • Proficiency with Oracle, ADP, Dayforce Systems preferred.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within North America and across a global organization.
