CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Pasqually's Pizza and Wings restaurants, is seeking an Intern for the Summer semester in our IT Department - Corporate Support / Computer Imaging.

This is a paid internship that will provide you an opportunity for professional growth and development. This program will not qualify for college credit. This exciting opportunity will be based at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, TX, and is 40 hours a week during typical working hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. This will be a partially remote and partially in-person Internship.

Division/Business Unit:

Information Technology - Corporate Support/Computer Imaging

Division Business Objective:

An in-depth and real-world application of Information Technology concepts, across multiple IT divisions. More specifically, IT Operations are responsible for defining the way an organization manages software and hardware. The department also provides other IT support, such as network administration, device management and help desk.

As an IT Operations Intern, you will learn the process of IT Operations and...

• Learn about change management process lifecycle.
• Participate in cross - functional IT projects.
• Monitor IT systems and resolve or escalate any found issues.
• Add/maintain technical documentation and service catalog.
• Assist on software/hardware deployments and or upgrades.
• Gain exposure to system functionalities, including Zendesk, Aloha POS, NCR products, Parafait gaming software.
• Develop a working relationship with the Information Technology Team and other key departments.

Applicable Majors/Interests:

• Information Operations, Management of Technology, Computer Imaging

Intern Responsibilities:

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to applicable projects or initiatives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and present findings to CEC Leadership with fellow interns across divisions.
• Division Exchange Program
• Rotation across all participating departments for one week (TBD)
