Scope & Accountability - External

The Assistant Manager Sales & Operations has an advanced knowledge with regards to Incora|HAZCOM products, customers, suppliers, and market competition. They are highly proficient and competent in customer engagement, sales negotiation, and are judicious in resolving technical account issues. They have expert knowledge of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard and will serve in a consultative capacity with both internal and external customers. As needed the Assistant Manager Sales & Operations will build and oversee a team of auditors to execute customer audit projects, achieving established targets and objectives. This is a high-level position that will also lead, train, and mentor internal and external customers, as well as medical industry professionals. The Assistant Manager Sales & Operations is required to be adept in organization, execution, and application of Incora| HAZCOM sales operations initiatives, policies and programs, that directly support strategic company and individual goals.

Qualifications you will need:

* Maintain a strong understanding of Incora/Wesco Aircraft's current quality standards, product lines, pricing, and delivery schedules as it pertains to the Incora Hazcom book of business.

* Engage existing customers to support sales opportunities (audit, on-site training, expansion of Incora Hazcom services within various facilities/networks), and meet customer service requirements for inquiries, problem solving, etc.

* Actively represent Incora Hazcom internally and externally as a technical resource, and provide/ participate in Incora|HAZCOM demos as required.

* Engage as technical representative for customer base, resolving customer questions, issues or concerns, such as: System operation questions, Trouble shooting customer issues, Customer implementations including start up support and ongoing.

* Project Manage and deliver performance objectives related to all aspects of customer audits, including: managing teams of auditors, coordinate audit schedule with customer, travel planning, and executing audit with acceptable metrics (timing, completion, accuracy, etc.)

* Provide on-site or web-based training for new customers, frequency web based "Open Training" for all existing Incora|HAZCOM customers, and web-based demos for prospective customers .

* Help convert existing customers with new Incora|HAZCOM contracts.

* Partner with team on data entry vendor support as needed.

* Assist with the hiring process, mentor, train and develop staff in provision of the highest levels of quality and customer service, planning and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and goals.

* Maintain knowledge of supervisory responsibilities and enforce and uphold current Federal and State labor laws, Wesco employment policies, safety, quality and security policies, as applicable.

* Attend and/or participate in external/internal customer or company meetings or sales/marketing events and communicate information upwards and downwards, as applicable.

* Travel is necessary to the essential duties of the job (up to 50%)

* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support Incora|HAZCOM team and Sales & Operations Manager.

Qualifications

About you

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in the area of study of Business Administration, Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, and/or a combination of education and relevant work experience is required.

* 5+ Years of combined experience in fields of Chemical Product Management, Audit, Hazardous materials management, required

* Demonstrated ability to be results-driven and profitability-minded, most specifically in customer engagement and sales negotiations

* Previous audit/inventory experience strongly preferred

* Demonstrated experience in healthcare (hospitals/clinics), lab environment, manufacturing or chemical production industry is a definite plus

* Demonstrated knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards and regulations regarding hazardous materials, required

* Proven ability to train, motivate and mentor internal and external customers and industry professionals
