Function:
Intern/Co-opJob Summary:As an Instrumentation & Electrical Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the installation, operation, and maintenance of critical systems. Your focus areas will include electronic instrumentations, distributed control systems (DCS), electrical distribution, pneumatic/hydraulic controls, and control valves. Collaborate with our team, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to safe and efficient plant operations. You will report to the I&C Engineer and work onsite. This is a safety sensitive position.Job Description:You Will:
- Prioritize safety through hazard identification and safety meetings.
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electronic instruments.
- Learn control loop tuning, valve rebuilding, and pneumatic positioner work.
- Gain experience in electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Participate in HAZOPs, change management, and procurement.
- Support plant project installation, commissioning, and documentation.

- Enrolled in accredited Electrical Engineering Program
- Enrolled in accredited Instrumentation Engineering Program
