Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program
- Communicate the work objectives
- Coordinate delivery
- Manage risks
- Ensure compliance is to standard
- Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables
- Ensure execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
- Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery
- Individual contributor at the program level
- Lead project team to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget
- Communicate project status effectively and clearly, issues, risks at all levels including key stakeholders and executives
- Identify all impacted teams, applications, and engage as needed for design, development, testing through to deployment(s)
- Partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met
- Identify deployment readiness plans and documentation and ensure deployment timelines and event are coordinated with broader planned release activities and externally impacted application teams
- Proactive in driving team to achieve commitments and results
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery i.e., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Support resource planning for delivery/execution
Requirements:
- 5-7 years previous experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify, communicate, and drive critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resources
- Previous experience managing project budget and financials to execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments
- Ability to drive Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, and controls and meeting project audit requirements
- Experience with risk management, and ability to identify potential risks and escalate as needed, remove roadblocks to ensure progress
