Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX & Atlanta, GA & Richmond, VA & Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Create service architecture deliverables consistent with product management principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices from both a client and industry perspective
- Define and validate technical requirements and establish traceability between requirements and architecture/design
- Determine business requirements and approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design
- Provide expert knowledge, support, and guidance to business and technology teams
- Review and approve 3rd party and integration solution architectures
- Facilitate technical design discussions and sessions
- Vendor management
- Coaching and leadership to product and service consultants
- Provide technical and architectural leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relative experience in Product/Service Management
- Understanding of billing, rates, demand modeling, chargeback, and other financials
- Confidence to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and communication style
- Ability to manage a product/service with an owner mentality
- Understanding of how to build networks quickly and leverage them
- Experience with IT Product Management and ITIL v3 certification
- MBA Cloud Providers: Azure, Google, AWS
- Containers: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift
- Experience in agile development and tooling
- Excellent communication, organizational leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders
- Critical thinking
- Self-management
Pay Range: $46.18 - $54.18
