Salary Range: $75,920.00 - $103,084.00

Responsibilities

BSW Rehab Outpatient in Red Oak is looking for a self-motivated physical therapist to join our team. This is a full time position at Select Medical's Select Sports Center of Excellence. This facility has reciprocal and deep relationships with local athletic trainers, high schools, and first responder organizations. The Red Oak clinic hosts CE opportunities quarterly for local ATs and staff are encouraged to be a part of our in-house SIGs as well as be involved in the local athletic community. Our staff have the opportunity to develop relationships with local sports physicians and work in an upbeat facility that boasts a high percentage of managed care, orthopedics and sports referrals. The ideal candidate has plans to pursue their SCS or OCS, is willing to meet the needs of our athletes and comes ready to contribute to program development and the clinic's service to our community.

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
Qualifications
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
