About this opportunity:

We are seeking an Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and service to our management and unit leadership teams. In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating activities within various projects and act as a representative for your unit when needed. Authorization of orders and invoices will fall under your purview, alongside providing information about internal Ericsson administrative processes, tools and systems. You are expected to perform your duties while adhering to our Code of Business Ethics and respond appropriately to any concerns of bribery or corruption. This role allows you the opportunity to apply your administrative skills to optimize efficiency, support business needs, and allow the core organization to focus on the main business functions.

What you will do:

  • Provide independent administrative support of the day-to-day activities, including calendar management.
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • Use superior organizational skills to manage and support scheduling, call follow-up, triage, and decision making.
  • Manage travel and travel associated planning and arrangements.
  • Provide effective support with the preparation, execution and follow-up of staff meetings/all employee meetings, special events (including teambuilding and employee engagement activities), training, and workshops.
  • Provide support with use of Ericsson administrative tools and processes.
  • Drive improvement and implementation of administrative processes.
  • Partner, network, and communicate effectively with other assistants within and outside the organization.

The skills you bring:

  • 6+ years minimum as an Administrative Assistant, including 2+ years minimum as an Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extensive experience with arrangement of complex schedules, time management and logistics, across multiple time zones; global experience preferred.
  • Self-driven professional with the ability to manage through ambiguity, and independently run activities with minimal supervision.
  • Superior problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on structure and execution
  • Strong work ethic, high integrity, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, staff, customers and community leaders
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Ability to work in a large, international corporate environment.
  • On a limited basis, the flexibility to communicate and complete tasks during non-traditional working hours.
