Job Summary

Under the direction of the Treasury Onboarding Supervisor, the Treasury Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and maintenance Treasury Management Services for clients. The TOS will handle onboarding and coordinate with the Treasury Management Sales Associate when onboarding Treasury clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Onboard and maintenance all Treasury products and services for Treasury clients
  • Project management oversight to drive accuracy and timeliness of onboarding process
  • Collaborate with Treasury partners to identify a prospect's need for new Treasury service set-up
  • Review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution
  • Act as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services, and systems
  • Communicate directly with clients or their designees regarding testing and any format changes needed, including ACH files (CSV and NACHA formats), Positive Pay issue files, etc.
  • Conduct product and system training for all new treasury clients.
  • Coordinate with the Treasury partners regarding pending client trainings and request escalation as necessary.
  • Coordinate with client to schedule and conduct training sessions.
  • Manage smooth transition of new clients to our Treasury Support team after Onboarding is completed
  • Act as a liaison with various internal departments to facilitate implementation of products such as Account Recon, Lockbox, Positive Pay, etc.
  • Gather data and prepare reports for management, audit, and other department personnel.
  • Responsible to maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of treasury management products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and SLA deadlines

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
  • May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and Treasury guidelines.
  • Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
  • Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.
  • Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are absolutely essential.
  • College degree in an applicable area or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of banking experience, with a working knowledge of treasury products and services preferred
  • CTP certification preferred
  • Jack Henry Silverlake and Remote Deposit experience preferred
  • Account Analysis experience
  • Q2 eBanking and Centrix experience preferred
  • Superior client service skills/attitude
  • General working knowledge of all applicable banking laws and regulations
  • Strong oral presentation skills in speaking with clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Strong change management skills and ability to work at a consistently changing pace
  • Strong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of job
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making sills
  • Ability to handle multiple task and interruptions, in a fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and establish positive working relationships across the organization required
  • Must have solid proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint. Proficiency researching the Internet. Knowledge of computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
