Job Summary | Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, this includes changing air filters, greasing, replacement of belts, etc. Installs motors, electronics, thermostats, humidistats, fans, other HVAC components, heating water and hydronics, chilled water controls and automated control systems. Assists with troubleshooting and resolving issues with HVAC equipment. Maintain a flexible work schedule including being on-call. Other duties as assigned. Must be willing to work weekends. |
Minimum Education and Experience | High school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of one year of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning experience. Also requires some basic electrical and plumbing and Building Automation Systems experience. EPA Universal Certification required and must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver's license and an acceptable driving record. |
