WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Coordinate and supervise activities of our leasing department to ensure maximum occupancy of a multifamily apartment community
  • Oversee and train our leasing staff on all functions necessary to close the sale including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining show rooms, and any follow-up necessary
  • Ensure accuracy of advertising and media channels, promotional programs and signage for your assigned property
  • Attend after hours resident events as needed
  • Ensure responsibility for the management and implementation of the leasing process and systems. Keep a pulse daily with resident follow-ups, competitor research and knowing your property features and benefits.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of availability of your property, common areas and amenities of the building and value-added services provided
  • Communicate and work with Property Management to ensure property promises are delivered on time, and conduct move-in inspections and orientation with residents
  • Maintain a working knowledge of competitive buildings and conduct regular market surveys of these properties
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on rental rates, promotions and overall market conditions with a view to maximizing revenue at the property.

COMPENSATION

  • $23.00 - $25.00 / hour plus annual performance based bonus
  • plus leasing commisions for every apartment home leased

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experienced Leasing Professional - You have at least 3 years experience in the leasing field using Yardi and CRM, preferrably
  • Tech Pro - You are able to use Microsoft Office, calendar management, our internal applicant database software (Yardi) and social media seamlessly
  • Flexible Schedule - You are able to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Problem Solver - You're able to assess situations properly, make good judgment calls and act quickly
  • People Person - You deliver a WOW experience for each resident and ensure a great resident experience and have strong closing skills
  • Multitasking Master - You're able to remain on task while handling multiple work orders
  • Must be able to work rotating weekends
