Manager - Implementation Management, Americas

Role:

The Customer Implementation Management (IM) team is client facing focusing on customer implementations, on-boarding, and project execution. IM operate on a client portfolio basis, managing and building relationships as well as executing on business objectives!

The team works on a combination of projects that result from customer won business (sales) and mandated strategic projects and programs (upgrades and migrations). The Implementation Management team will manage and drive customer projects becoming the clients advocate and focus point within Customer Implementation Services. The primary focus of the IM team is to ensure that the activities associated with client migrations and implementation activities are driven professionally and efficiently.

The role leads the Implementation Management function reporting into the Implementation Management Director, Americas. This role will manage 5-6 Implementation management resources based in St Louis, MO!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the team delivers on all key objectives & lead the deployment of the team resources to service LSEG clients and technical programs.

  • Escalation point for team's issues, internal partners & customer concerns regarding implementation & migration activities.

  • Drives for excellent customer experience for all implementation activities and projects managed by the team.

  • Works in close collaboration with partners throughout Sales and Account Management (SAM), Customer success, Order management and the wider LSEG organization

  • Process management & drives for excellent execution across multiple projects & BAU activities.

  • Identifies and motivate change and process improvements whilst driving BAU activities.

  • Mentors team members and takes accountability for their growth and development.

  • Manages implementation of technical orders and takes accountability to drive improved performance across projects and ServiceNow critical metrics

  • Ensures regional technical orderbook is managed and lead-time to revenue recognition minimized.

Requirements:

  • People management skills and the ability to coach a diverse team.

  • Strong proven customer relationship experience

  • Good knowledge of LSEG Products & networks, internal systems/tools, and processes

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.

  • Work collaboratively with global teams to successfully deliver global projects.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and succeed in a mission critical environment.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and respond to changing priorities.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $119,700.00 - $222,500.00.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
